Dear volunteers
As you know we are having our last ROH Sorting Party for 2016. We are sorry to announce that the date for our next event has been changed to October 22 (instead of October 15) at Concordia primary School which is in Pudong on 999 Minyue Lu.We hope you can still join us. And yes we will really appreciate if your team could come .We will have two teams on that day ,one team in the morning from 9 to 11 30, they will sort and bag the clothes and the other from 12 30 to 3 ish. They will finish the sorting and bagging and load the trucks.
We would have lunch from 11 30 to 12 30 ,if the volunteers like they can bring their lunches, if they can"t we will provide. You could tell us the number in each team and how many will need lunches the week before around the 15 October the latest.
